A quick and easy smoothie
This is one of my go to smoothie recipes. I generally use it for breakfast but you can have it anytime of day. I use my nutribullet to make it.
This recipe serves 2
Ingredients
3 strawberries
1 banana
1 tbsp no sugar added peanut butter
1/4 cup low fat yoghurt
1/4 cup low fat milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp rolled oats
ice
Method
1. Add in ingredients into nutritbullet and blitz
2. Add a few cubes of ice and blitz again
3. Serve
